New Eclipse Community Alliance (NECA) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization located in the historic “Back of the Yards” community within the New City neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.
Our Mission: Serving a network of neighborhoods through educating and empowering community advancement while providing solutions to violence, poverty, hunger and disenfranchisement for a better quality of life.
Our Vision: New Eclipse Community Alliance will effect change through leveraging investment in individuals by providing sustainable solutions through education and economic empowerment.
