Lyric

Meet Lyric! She is a 14-year-old rising high school sophomore. This is her second summer working with NECA through the One Summer Chicago program. At NECA, she helps to plan community events, cares for the community garden, and helps with the food pantry. What Lyric enjoys most about working at NECA is that “the camp kids are funny so they keep me entertained when I’m not working.” Lyric has a wide variety of interests and hobbies including dancing, cooking and singing. Lyric’s plan for next school year is to finish the year with at least a 4.0 GPA.
